Members of An Garda Síochana have accepted a 'Running Man' challenge set down by police in New Zealand.

A video of the Kiwi force dancing has been viewed over nine million times on Facebook.

The challenge, made popular by two teenagers in the US, involves doing a variation of the 'Running Man' dance to an old '90s song.

The internet craze - dubbed 'the next Harlem Shake' - has already spread to London, Scotland, Perth and other places.

Dancing to 'My Boo' by the Ghost Town DJs, the gardaí show us how it's done.

They have also called on their PSNI colleagues in the North to "show us your moves".

Filmed at the Garda College in Templemore, the video shows members going about their normal day-to-day business - before bursting into dance.
