New figures show 390 people are waiting for a bed in Irish hospitals.
The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation (INMO) say 291 people are on trolleys, while 99 are waiting in wards.
In Dublin, Beaumont Hospital had the highest number, with 22 people on trolleys and two on wards.
While University Hospital Limerick had 25 people on trolleys and 16 on wards - a total of 41.
Others with high figures include University Hospital Galway (31), Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda (26) and University Hospital Waterford (21).
This is a drop on previous INMO figures, which showed that over 460 people waiting for admission to hospital.
