Ireland has failed to qualify for the Eurovision final this Saturday.
20 year old Brendan Murray from Galway represented the nation with 'Dying to Try' in the semi finals in Ukraine.
Murray was competing in what was billed as the tougher of the two semi-finals and even included a marriage propsoal for Macedonian singer Jana BurÄeska.

Austria, Bulgaria, Belarus, Croatia, Hungary, Denmark, Israel, the Netherlands, Norway and Romania all made it through to Saturday's final.
On Tuesday night ten countries get voted through to perform in the grand final on Saturday night.
They were Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Cyprus, Greece, Moldova, Portugal, Poland and Sweden.
It's been 21 years since Ireland last won the Eurovison. Eimar Quinn last won for Ireland in 1996 with the song 'The Voice.
