Ireland assistant coach Les Kiss will become Ulster's Director of Rugby after next year's World Cup.
The Australian, who recently served as the province's Interim Director of Rugby after the departure of David Humphreys, will take on the role full-time in Autumn 2015.
Neil Doak has also been confirmed as Ulster's head coach.

In light of the news, Kiss said: "I am very appreciative of the continued faith the IRFU and Ulster Rugby have demonstrated in me and, while I'm delighted to get the security in the long term, I am very much focused first and foremost on the next 12 months."
