Gardaí are investigating after a man's body was found in a garden in Castletroy, Co Limerick this morning.
A large area around the house at The Pines, Briarfield in Castletory is cordoned off as investigations into the discovery continue.
Gardaí found the body during a planned search of the area earlier today.
The body is that of a man, believed to be in his 30s, which was found in the back of one of the houses.
The area has been sealed off for a technical and forensic examination - while the Office of the State Pathologist has been contacted.
The discovery was part of a search for a missing person in the city, who has been missing since December 30th.
