An investigation has been launched into a crash in Louth which has left a man in serious condition in hospital.
The driver of the car was rushed to hospital in Newry following the single-vehicle incident on the Carlingford to Omeath Road at around 5.00pm yesterday evening.
The man is said to be in a serious condition.

The stretch of road remains closed to facilitate a garda investigation.
Anyone with information is being asked to contact gardaí.
