Midwives in University Maternity Hospital in Limerick have voted in favour of industrial action.
The staff, attached to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation (INMO), will withdraw from clerical and administration roles on Friday 27th November.
They say they will prioritise care for pregnant women, mothers and babies.
