Looking for a career change? The Houses of the Oireachtas are looking to recruit a part-time bartender.

They would work for both the visitor and members bars.

While the job is advertised on the 'Careers' section of the Oireachtas website, it is being administered through a recruitment company.

According to the external website, it is "an exciting opportunity" in a unique city centre venue.

"This role requires the utmost professionalism and discretion in an honest, hardworking, reliable, flexible person with a proven track record in the hospitality industry: high-end bar, venue or hotel environment", the description says.

The ideal candidate must "demonstrate a high level of professionalism and discretion" towards guests.

The applicant also needs three to five years in a bartender position, and to be flexible with working hours.
