Irish model Vogue Williams has called for the return of internment camps for some Muslims, in light of the latest attacks.
In her column for the Sunday World, she wrote about the UK government's Commission for Countering Extremism and what measures could be taken to prevent further attacks.
The column which was titled 'Internment camps are a grim necessity', has since been met with an overwhelming negative response online.
Vogue Williams using her column to call for the internment of all Muslims reminds me that we're all just living in a computer simulation.

Somewhere between "Donald Trump is president" and "Vogue Williams says bring back internment" I think my mind gave up questioning things

Internment camps
In her column, she said: "Powers to ban British jihadis from returning to the UK have been used for the first time and I fully agree with that."
"Anyone who leaves Britain and Ireland to fight alongside ISIS can stay out. I don't care what age or what their circumstances are."
She then outlined another approach that's been suggested by Muslim former police chief Tarique Ghaffur. He proposed creating internment camps for radical extremists.
She said "This is something that should be decided by the people, but I certainly agree with it" reasoning that "the only way to stop these senseless attacks is to put any potential threats away."
She did point out that this approach didn't work for IRA members in the North when alleged paramilitaries were held without trial in makeshift camps.
She reasoned that "In today's case the terrorists cannot be negotiated with."

Don't assume Vogue Williams is stupid. Do her the credit of finding her views totalitarian, oppressive and genuinely sinister. pic.twitter.com/i3Wz5tVvfR
