The Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Tullow, Co Carlow is now on sale - with a guide price of €14.25m.
The sale will be managed by CBRE for Tetrach Capital - it bought the property in 2014 after it entered examinership with debts of €60m.
Its other interests include The Marker Hotel in Dublin, Wicklow's Powerscourt Hotel and Mount Juliet in Co Kilkenny.
The grounds feature a Christy O’Connor Junior championship golf course.
The hotel has 143 bedrooms and is set on 170-acres - it also has modern conference facilities and caters for events and includes 16 four-bedroom lodges.
The venue is located close to the M9 meaning that Dublin, Waterford, and Kilkenny are just a short drive away.
The Mount Wolseley Hotel also has a spa, gym, and 20-meter pool.
