Microsoft will create 500 jobs at its newly established EMEA 'Inside Sales Centre.'
100 more jobs will be available across Microsoft’s existing operations – including openings in finance, operations, engineering and sales.
Taoiseach, Enda Kenny, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Mary Mitchell O'Connor and Martin Shanahan, CEO of the IDA will be in attendance at Microsoft's official announcement later this morning.
Microsoft first opened its doors in Ireland in 1985 with a small manufacturing facility employing just over one hundred people. It now employs over 1,200 full-time employees and 700 full-time contract staff.
