There is good news on the jobs front in Dublin with the news that 50 new positions are coming on stream at a contract cleaning company.

McCreery Contract Cleaning is opening a new city centre base creating 50 new full and part-time cleaners and administrative staff over the next 2 years

The company already employs 40 people across the south-east.

The company says it will initially focus on Dublin's high-value homes with high security requirements and has also launched a domestic cleaning services package.

"We are very fortunate to have a number of major contracts across the South East and feel the time is right to expand our premium cleaning services to Dublin. There are so many working men and women who are time poor and cleaning their homes is simply not the best use of their time" said Jennifer McCreery, founder and managing director.

"We are looking forward to a successful expansion into the Dublin market and recruiting and training new staff over the next two years" she added.

The firm was founded in 2000 and provides a range of cleaning services to over 70 domestic and corporate clients across the south-east and now Dublin.
