75% of mortgage accounts in arrears in the six main Irish banks have yet to be restructured.
New figures from the Department of Finance show that just one in four have had some form of restructuring.
The data for November relates to AIB, Bank of Ireland, Permanent TSB (PTSB), ACC Bank, KBC and Ulster Bank.
The number of mortgage accounts in arrears for more than 90 days in the banks total just over 80,000. More than 60,000 have not been restructured.

Meanwhile 79% of buy-to-let mortgages - or just over 21,000 accounts - are awaiting restructuring.
The Department of Finance says that engagement between consumers and lenders has led to 49,304 permanent mortgage restructures - an increase of 8,068 accounts since the end of August 2013.
It adds that the total mortgage accounts in arrears has fallen by 1,230 accounts since the end of October last year.
The number of mortgage accounts in arrears greater than 90 days has fallen from 80,854 to 80,487 - a drop of 367, it says.
