Aer Lingus has withdrawn staff travel privileges from cabin crew involved in a strike last Friday.
Members of the IMPACT trade union have been told they no longer have the ability to book flights at a discounted rate.
Workers have also been told they will be docked a days pay for participating in the strike which followed a dispute over rostering arrangements for cabin crew.
The union has declined to comment on the move ahead of another meeting with Aer Lingus management tomorrow.
It was estimated that almost 30,000 passengers were affected by the 24-hour strike. The dispute by 1,200 members of the IMPACT trade union is over what members describe as "excessive" and "erratic" work patterns.
Picket lines were mounted at all the major Irish airports. The cabin crew staff say their rosters are unfair and could damage their health.
The carrier says the strike has caused the cancellation of over 200 flights. Aer Lingus says the action was unwarranted and an extremely unfair imposition on the travelling public, tourists and businesses.
