88 new jobs are to come on-stream in Meath and Dublin.
78 of them are to be created in Ashbourne at Largo Foods and Tayto Park.
The new positions brings the total workforce of the company to 800.
Fine Gael Meath-East TD Regina Doherty has welcomed the news.
"This is a perfect example of how local, indigenous enterprises can expand and create jobs" she said.
"This is just the sort of growth that the Government is trying to encourage through a range of initiatives and schemes aimed at making it easier for Irish home grown businesses to boost their sales overseas".
"While unemployment rates remain far too high, several indicators over the last few weeks provide evidence that the Government’s plan is beginning to work" she added.
Dublin jobs expansion
While 10 new jobs are being created in Dublin.
PlayFit says it is expanding its classes which cater for 3 to 8-year-olds.
They are looking for exercise physiologists.
They are hoping to create more positions across the country.
Co-founder Liza Crotty explains what type of people they are looking for.
"The jobs that we're looking for are predominantly sports physiologists; they need to have training and coaching expertise in things like rugby, football, cricket - that type of person" she said.
