Technology experts will get the first look at the new Apple iPhone later in the US. The iPhone 6 is expected to have a star studded launch, with much speculation that U2 will be making an appearance.
It is understood that a shoot involving U2 on the Samuel Beckett Bridge in Dublin may have been an ad for the new iPhone, rather than a music video.
The new iPhone will be bigger coming in two sizes, with tougher screens, integrated payment systems and it's hoped to have a better battery life.
The phone will be launched this evening Irish time in California and U2's new album is likely to be available to be streamed on it.
However the smartphone won't be the only new product unveiled today.
