Apple says it is working "around the clock" to fix its latest phone software that locked some people out of their iPhones.
Yesterday, the tech giant released iOS 8.0.1 - an update meant to fix several bugs in the new iOS 8, which was only released last week.
However, some users who installed the latest update found that they were unable to use their phones' Touch ID features. Some affected users were also no longer receiving any mobile network services. The update was quickly pulled so others were not able to download the problematic software.
On their support site, Apple says, "we have a workaround for you if you have an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus and you lost cellular service and Touch ID functionality today after updating to iOS 8.0.1. You can reinstall iOS 8 through iTunes by following the instructions below. We are also preparing iOS 8.0.2 with a fix for the issue, and will release it as soon as it's ready in the next few days."
The company is already facing embarrassment because some owners say its new top model - the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus - can bend in their pockets.
Apple announced earlier this week that it had sold 10 million iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus models during their first weekend on sale.
The new phones are going on sale in Ireland tomorrow.
