There's still no final agreement on the measures being included in next week's Budget.
Ministers met in Government Buildings this morning to try and agree on how much each of them would be forced to cut next year.
However there's still no agreement on the savings for Health or Social Welfare, because it's still not confirmed whether Health will need an extra bailout this year.
