The National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) has teamed up with property company Kennedy Wilson for a major development in the Dublin Docklands.
The agency will develop 4.8 acres at the site on Sir John Rogerson's Quay.
Capital Dock will include 313,000 square feet of office space across three buildings, as well as 204 residential units across two buildings - one of which will incorporate a 19-storey tower.
The proposed development would also have a new 1.5 acre landscaped public park and square, designated cultural space and retail units.

It would also see a pedestrian footbridge across the River Liffey (giving direct access to Point Village and the Luas), and a vehicular bridge from Sir John Rogerson's Quay towards Ringsend - with links north through the Port Tunnel to the airport and to the south city.
Site assembly was finalised at the end of 2014, following a joint venture arrangement between Kennedy Wilson and NAMA.

Peter Collins, managing director of Kennedy Wilson Europe, said: "The scale and layout of the site will enable us to offer larger floor plate office buildings but with a high degree of flexibility."
"Coupled with the water views on two sides and the level of public amenities being developed Capital Dock should prove very attractive to office users looking to locate in South Docklands."
Planning permission is expected later this year, and Newstalk.com's business editor Vincent Wall told Breakfast work will begin sometime in 2016.
