E3 continues today but it already has been one of the best expos in years. Yesterday we inevitably saw the new FIFA game as well as a few others that have really impressed.
FIFA 16
FIFA 16 shows off female players as well as a spine-tingling narration by none other than footballing legend Pelé. It shows of various stadia and impressive high intensity tackling and shooting. Nothing looks majorly away from the norm but it's guaranteed to sell well.
Hitman
The Hitman series will return too after Danish company IO Interactive revealed the trailer for the latest instalment. The clip shows Agent 47 running across a snowy environment while a series of successful hits plays as over it.
It's a good, dramatic trailer, but shows very little in the way of gameplay or the final product.
Need for Speed
The street racing series is on its way back too and for those long standing fans of the series you'll notice that it looks a lot like the revered 'Underground' games.
They're taking on an interesting concept too with cut scenes shot in real life throughout the game. They hope that the graphics on the cars are convincing enough to make an enthralling experience.
Mass Effect Andromeda
Continuing on from the hugely successful original triology Mass Effect's trailer for its new game 'Andromeda'. The details are sketchy still but Aaryn Flynn, Studio General Manager with BioWare Canada confirmed that the game will take place very far away from the original three.
"As you saw in the trailer and can tell by the name, this game is very much a new adventure, taking place far away from and long after the events of the original trilogy," Flynn said.
Star Wars Battlefront
I don't think many expected we'd see quite as much of Battlefront as we did. Fans of the series remain terribly sketical given how many times a follow up to Battlefront 2 has been delayed/ canceled. But nonetheless we got plenty of it and it looks great.
We're greeted by an old foe on the Planet Hoth and we're also shown some terrific looking gameplay. It's been a long time coming but it certainly looks worth the wait.
