Not so long ago we told you that WhatsApp could replace your email and it seems as though this may well be their mission. The messaging service has released yet another update, which allows users to format the text within their messages.
Here's how it works:
Bold: Type an asterisks either side of the text to make it *bold*
Italicise: Add underscores either side to make it _italicised_
Strikethrough: Add a tilde to either of the text ~tilde~
Another new feature within the update is "Quick Reply". This allows users to respond to a message straight from the notification. It's also possible to add in an emoji or use the voice message function from here too.
