iOS 10 has been around for a number months at this stage, and yet one issue still seems to be bugging iPhone users. You may have noticed that certain words appear as emoji when using predictive text. If this doesn't sound like your cup of tea fear not, as we have a quick guide on how to turn it off.
It's important to note that by following these steps, you will no longer have access to the Emoji keyboard. It is possible to enable it again, should you so wish.
First up, open out your settings and scroll to General.
From there, tap on Keyboards
Then tap on Keyboards and hit Edit.
Once highlighted as above, tap on the red toggle. This will remove the Emoji keyboard, meaning you will no longer see it when typing messages, emails or posts on social media.
To replace the Emoji keyboard, simply follow the first two steps and hit "Add keyboard".
