NAMA plans to sell five property portfolios worth €600m over the next three months.
In the capital, the Agency will put two sets of offices and around 600 apartments up for sale. One of the office portfolios includes 'prime offices at 4-5 Grand Canal Square'.
The organisation is also looking to sell five regional shopping centres, and a number of regional hotels.
NAMA says it is seeing continuing strong levels of interest in Irish assets among both domestic and international investors.
NAMA Chief Executive Brendan McDonagh said, "we are witnessing continuing strong levels of interest in Irish assets among both domestic and international investors.
"The pipeline of sales we are announcing today will provide these investors with enhanced visibility of NAMA’s disposal pipeline in the months ahead, in line with our commitment to bring portfolios with a minimum value of €250m to the market each quarter," he added.
NAMA also says it has completed a detailed business plan to facilitate the development of new office accommodation at the Dublin Docklands.
