The Ryanair boss says 'The Gathering' should be re-named 'The Grabbing' as people are being invited here to be "screwed".
Michael O'Leary has dubbed the Transport Minister "Lyon's Tea" because he says he is "all talk" and says Shannon Airport should be sold off and not transferred to another quango.
This latest outburst from the Ryanair boss came at a conference on aviation in Dublin.
He says the new government has the same old failed policies of the past decade and has dubbed the Transport Minister after a brand of tea.
Calls for airports to be sold
He has also criticised 'The Gathering' initiative renaming it and criticising transport and other hikes in charges.
He has also criticised separating Shannon from the Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) to what he calls another useless quango Shannon Development saying what should really happen is the airports should be sold.
The DAA says while they are entertaining the comments from Michael O'Leary have little fact in them.
And Transport Minister Leo Varadkar says the Ryanair boss should take a look at his own business before accusing others of grabbing.
