More than €27 million in tax settlements were made with the Revenue Commissioners between July and September.
The latest Tax Defaulters list names 88 people - eight of whom paid over €1 million in taxes and penalties.
The largest settlement was made by retired company director John-Joseph McCarthy, formerly of Flower Lodge in Strawhall in Fermoy in Cork.

He paid over €6.2 million.
The Skeffington Arms Hotel in Eyre Square in Galway made the second largest settlement amounting to over €4 million.
Parnell GAA Club in Dublin also features on the list, for a payment of more than €100,000.
