Over the coming days tech manufacturers will reveal their upcoming products, which we can all expect to have in our hands and homes by the end of the year.
On the list of "ones to watch" are Samsung - who will unveil the new Samsung Galaxy S5. It is expected the new device will have a slightly larger screen than the S4, a bigger processor and some new software features too. Facebook's CEO Mark Zuckerberg will address those attending MWC this evening too in a keynote speech, fresh from signing a multi-billion dollar deal with What'sApp. Zuckerberg is expected to discuss this importance of mobile and how Facebook intends to further integrate into our day to day lives.
Tech giants Sony are set to announce their following up device to their flagship Xperia Z1 and a new Android tablet too.
Huawei, the dark horse of mobile devices here in Ireland, have promised great things for 2014. While the name may not be as iconic as Samsung or Sony, the Chinese company make excellent budget smartphones. They have, rather boldly, taken a swipe at Apple in the following video which is entitled "We are ready to amaze the world again":
