Permanent TSB say a technical issue with their online and telephone banking is on-going this evening.
The bank is investigating a glitch that has affected its systems since mid-afternoon. The bank has said there is no security concerns.
PTSB says full services resumed earlier but they have since had further issues. They hae apologised to customers and say they are hoping to have it resolved as soon as possible.

However the firm has tweeted that they have "no timeframe" in relation to the problem.
It says ATM and point of sale services are unaffected.
