A retired company director from Co Fermangh has made a settlement of more than €13.5m with the Revenue Commissioners.
The latest tax defaulters list shows that during the three month period to the end of June, 117 payments were made totalling more than €31.8m.
59 were for amounts in excess of €100,000, of which six exceeded €500,000.
The largest single published settlement with Revenue since 2006 has been made by Anthony Cafferkey from 10 Lisnarick Road in Irvinestown in Fermanagh.
The retired company director paid out more than €13.5m in tax, interest and penalties - relating to a bogus non-resident account and underdeclaration of income tax.
Fergus O'Brien - a company director from 14 Auburn Drive in Killiney in Dublin - made a settlement of €1.9m for underdeclaration of VAT, PAYE and PRSI.
A hairdressing salon at 21 City Quay in Dublin, which is in liquidation, made the third highest payment of €1.3m - also for underdeclaration of VAT, PAYE and PRSI.
The most prominent name of the list is that of country music singer Robert Mizzell from Ballynagore in Westmeath who made a tax settlement of €60,000.
