Ever wondered what's going on outside the plane you are flying in? Well, wonder no more - almost.
UK-based technology firm Centre for Process Innovation (CPI) has given us a glimpse into the future.
It has suggested that windowless aircraft could be on the horizon, as current technological developments mature and find applications in aerospace.
"With over 80% of the fully laden weight of a commercial airliner taken up by the fuel, weight reduction is a constant challenge," it says.
It has suggested that the airplane cabin be lined with curved high-definition screens, along with cameras mounted on the exterior of the aircraft.
Images from these could then be piped in to make it look like the walls are see-through.
Great idea - or air sickness overload?
