Games consoles have been keeping children away from the dangers of the outdoors for decades now, but what about pets? Worry no more - this new games console for dogs will keep them busy and well fed.

For only 200 euro this console will keep pets amused when their owners are away.

CleverPet has three sensitive touch pads, which light up interactively when touched by a dog's nose or paw. When hit in the right order, they release food for the pet - and make the next game slightly more complex.

And for curious types, the owner can even log on to a special app to see exactly how much their dog has played. 

They might even give it a go themselves to see if they can beat their pet's high score!
