In 2002, Enterprise Ireland - the government's trade development organization - set up its regional office in Dubai in order to strengthen trade and economic relations with Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries including the likes of the UAE, Saudi, Libya and Egypt. We speak to Sean Davis, regional manager for Middle East and North Africa for Enterprise Ireland and Douglas Collins of Gabriel Scientific to tell us about opportunities in the region.
