Here's what you have to look forward to:

  • Kicking things off, we'll peruse the papers, looking at the front pages and finding out what’s making a big impact in the business pages. Joining us this week will be Paul O’ Dwyer, a general dental surgeon and a masters graduate in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons.
  • Tech entrepreneur and co-founder of HostelWorld.com, Ray Nolan will be in studio to discuss Dublin’s Biggest Treasure Hunt as over 90 tech companies battle it out to be crowned the kings and queens of the tech world.
  • Bobby heads to Baltray in County Louth to visit Ireland’s only garlic farm. Marita and Peter Collier started Drummond House Garlic back in 2012 and now grow 10 different types of garlic. They give Bobby a tour of their farm and a taste of some of the products they have on offer.
  • As Ireland get set to kick off their Euro 2016 campaign this Monday against Sweden, Bobby will be joined by Irish Daily Mail travel writer Philip Nolan and Thomas CurranCorporate Sales Manager with Enterprise Rent a Car. They will discuss whether it is a boom time for Irish travel agents and if there will be a sting in tail with transport strikes set to take place across France during the tournament.
  • For this week’s Industry Review we look at the appetising industry of gelato and ice cream. Jonathan Kirwan, Managing Director of Gino's Gelato, Jenny McCormack, owner of Scrumdiddlys and Frank Doonan, Managing Director of Martin Food Equipment will be the three scoops in this tasty conversation.
  • With planes, trains and automobiles descending on France, we talk to the entrepreneurs who are cycling all the way from the Aviva Stadium to the Stade De France in Paris for our clash with Sweden. All proceeds from the Dublin2Paris cycle will go directly to Mustard Seed Communities. The event organisers hope to fund the building and operations of a school at a Mustard Seed Communities ‘Little Angels’ project in Zimbabwe, at Woodville, Bulawayo.
  • From the north west of France we head south to the principality of Monaco for the EY World Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. Ireland will be represented by last year’s Irish winners John and Patrick Collison of Stripe. With hopes high for a first ever Irish win, we talk to Kevin McLoughlin, Head of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year programme in Ireland ahead of this year’s award ceremony.
  • Sitting down in the Executive Chair for an in-depth discussion is Brian Halligan, CEO and co-founder of marketing software company HubSpot.

All this and more on Down to Business with Bobby Kerr from 10am until midday tomorrow morning, on air and online.

As ever, you can find blog posts and weekly DTB highlights on our show page.
