Ciara Garvan joined Bobby to discuss the advantages of working from home. She felt she wasted too many hours in traffic instead of working.

What she really wanted was work with some degree of flexibility; a three day week or a short term contract. Or even a full time role where she could work from home a couple of days a week.

And so the seed of WorkJuggle was born. Initially she thought it might be a straightforward recruitment agency focused on flexible or part-time work. But then her love of all things tech came to the fore and she decided to build a curated platform. WorkJuggle is about putting candidates in the driving seats of their own careers.
