Heinz and Barnardos are partnering up once again to support vulnerable children and families across Ireland.
For the third year in a row, Heinz will support Barnardos Breakfast Clubs in their mission to offer all children a warm, nutritious breakfast to set them up for the day.
TV presenter and podcaster Vogue Williams, is joining the meals mission for a second year as campaign ambassador - and will spend the next two months shining a spotlight on Barnardos’ services and Heinz’s mission to support vulnerable children and families across the country.
Last year, Barnardos supported over 26,000 vulnerable children and families in Ireland with Breakfast Clubs at selected Barnardos centres across the country.
Heinz contributed to that effort by providing thousands of meals to the children’s charity – and this year, it is hoping to do even more.
This year’s initiative focuses on bringing families together around the table and recognises the importance of family mealtimes.
For every limited-edition 'Heinz Meanz Mealz' three-packs of Heinz Beanz purchased across August and September, Heinz will donate to Barnardos Breakfast Clubs.
Elaine McCague, Head of Commercial & Marketing at Heinz expressed her pride about the partnership and supporting Barnardos on their mission again this year.
“We’re very proud to be continuing to support the incredible work of Barnardos in Ireland and are so excited to relaunch our limited-edition ‘Heinz Meanz Mealz’ three-packs for the third year in a row,” she said.
“Each year our work together deepens as we make long-term strides to support thousands of vulnerable families in Ireland.
“We are dedicated to our mission to provide 1.5 billion meals to people in need globally by 2025 and partnerships like these are an essential part of that.”
Beanz fans can pick up their special packs in local stores and major retailers around the country from today.
