Farming organisations have criticised a Resource Pack made available to secondary schools which it says encourages pupils to eat less meat and run 'Meat Free Mondays'.  The resource pack is made available to teachers to download as part of the An Taisce Green Schools Programme. Well our resident environmental scientist, Dr. Cara Augustenborg joined Ivan to discuss this issue and her appointment to The Council of State by President Michael D. Higgins.
