The department of Education have brought in new rules which will mean every school in the country will have to have a code of conduct to deal with homophobic and cyber bullying in school.

Shout Out set up by a group of 3rd level college students hope to visit over 100 schools with workshops and advice to help students and teachers cope with homophobic bullying. I met Shout Out, 2nd and 3rd level students and members of the gay community.
