Richie Kavanagh is a bit like Marmite; not everyone loves him. The singer who looks a bit like Krusty the Clown is most famous for his 1996 number 1 hit 'Aon Focal Eile', banned by the BBC because 'focal' sounded too like the swear word.

Richie Kavanagh has been coming to the Ploughing for years, pumping out songs like, 'A Ride on A Tractor' and 'Chicken Talk'. His 'Mrs Brown's Boys', slapstick, 'Carry On' film double entendre sense of humour isn't to everyone's taste.
