David Foskett was stopped by authorities for indecent exposure outside the Washington state Burger King with his pants down. 

The 24-year-old explained to the Washington State trooper he was not wearing pants because he had recently received a body wax and the itching from wax meant he had to remove his pants.

The trooper also found condoms on the passenger seat.

One female driver claimed Foskett had exposed himself as he drove past her on a highway. He was also sticking his tongue out of the side of his mouth.
