Police arrested Michael A. Brown and charged him with assault on a female after a woman said he sucked her toes at a Lincolnton Walmart.

The woman said Brown started a conversation with her, saying that he was a podiatrist student.

The victim told police Brown talked her into trying on several pair of shoes in the shoe department.

Brown took her foot, put it into his mouth and sucked on her toes, according to police.

It has since been confirmed that Michael Brown is a registered sex offender. He was convicted of attempted sexual assault in Cabarrus County in 2001.
