This is not your usual traffic cop encounter.

Police officers discovered Marquis Johnson on Sunday evening with a Pennsylvania license plate sticking out from his shirt and shorts. He smelled of marijuana, the Express-Times of Easton reported.

A key found on him also matched a car several miles away without a license plate and inside, the police found marijuana.

Johnson has been charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, abandoning a vehicle and drug possession.
