Sam first realised she had a gift when she was 7 or 8 years of age. She would see spirits around her. She felt she could read people and situations and know what was going to happen. This went beyond intuition to something more “knowing”.

The gift left her until her early 20’s. At 24 she saw a black cloud around someone she went to school with and a week later the girl died. She began to see it as a curse and was traumatised by it. It took 2 years for this to change. She made a prediction for a friend that she would come in to a windfall and then she won a competition to have her mortgage paid off. It was from then that Sandra realised she had in fact a rare gift.

Even after accepting it she found it hard and faced ridicule over the years but she has had a lot of support from friends and family and has grown in confidence.

Sam has a number of private clients who come to her regularly for readings. Some purely for the entertainment value whereas others needing the comfort and security the slight insight into their future brings to help them through a difficult time. These readings are generally given from tarot card readings however she also reads; feathers, crystals, palms and more recently, as it has become the focus of the media attention, bottoms! All these methods are coupled with her psychic clairvoyance and act mainly as a focal point and direction for the reading.

Rumpology started when a radio presenter friend of hers asked her to do a reading live on air. He was wearing very tight underpants and he asked if she could use his bottom for the reading and she said she would give it a go. And it worked! This was 18/19 years ago and she’s never looked back since!

Recently she’s branched out again and has learned that she can do readings through the medium of Christmas pudding crumbs. Chat magazine sent her pictures of the crumbs and she made predictions from them. The only information she had was whether it was a male or female and their star sign. The magazine then printed the prediction and the replies. She had a very high accuracy rate! She was delighted and it’s really boosted her popularity.
