A new survey has found that one in four Irish people are bringing their in-laws or partner’s family on holidays with them.
Perhaps more surprisingly, only 10% of those surveyed admitted to getting on each other’s nerves at the end of the holiday.

But 16% said that being stuck on a desert island with their partner’s mother would be their worst nightmare.
The poll by Hotels.com found that Bressie and Kathryn Thomas are the most popular “dream holiday companions”.
