Tel Aviv is witnessing the largest anti-war demonstration tonight since the latest outbreak of violence in Gaza.
Some 10,000 Israelis have flooded Rabin Square calling for a change in direction towards peace and away from war.
The protest was scheduled to take place last week, but was postponed after the police revoked its permit.

Major left-wing parties have joined tonight’s demonstration with a wide range of demands, including negotiations between Israel and Hamas.
They also want an end to the occupation and Israel’s blockade of Gaza.
