Graffiti has long been a controversial art form. While some do consider it art, others call it vandalism.
Dublin City Council spends €350,000 every year removing graffiti across the capital and created the website Dublin Graffitied to showcase some "meritless" examples of what taypayers' money is being spent to remove.
