A new report says there's no evidence that foreign nationals in Ireland are getting a proportionately higher level of benefit payments.
The ESRI research looked at how many migrants were receiving key social security payments in January of this year.
The findings go against concerns expressed in some quarters about the level of benefits that non-Irish nationals are claiming.
