A new report shows that the slow and, in some cases, non-delivery of goods remains the biggest complaint amongst those who shop online.
Arising from 60,000 complaints across Europe, 38% of that figure said goods paid for on the internet were not delivered.
32% of complainants said the goods they received were the wrong items.
