A 16 year old girl has died in a collision between a car and a bus in Dublin this evening.
Another teenager is in a serious condition following the incident in the west of the city.
Gardai in Crumlin were called to the scene on the Greenhills road in Walkinstown just before five o clock this evening.
Its believed the 16 year old girl was the front seat passenger in the car.
A 19 year old man, believed to be the driver, was taken to Tallaght hospital and remains in a serious condition tonight.
The driver and one passenger from the bus were also hospitalised but their injuries are described as minor
This stretch of road is currently closed to facilitate an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and diversions are in place.
