A powerful car bomb has killed up to 20 people in a Hezbollah-controlled area of the Lebanese capital Beirut.

Some reports say that more than 200 people have been wounded.
The attack, in a largely Shia area of the city, is thought to be linked to Hezbollah's role in neighbouring Syria.
