A 26-year-old Donegal man who pleaded guilty to dangerous driving causing the deaths of eight men has been sentenced to four years in prison with the last two suspended.
Shaun Kelly of Hill Road, Ballymagan, Buncrana pleaded guilty last July to the charge which relates to a crash on the 11th July 2010 between Clonmany and Buncrana.
He's been banned from driving for ten years.
After the sentence was delivered some family members of those who died patted him on the back as he was taken away - others were in tears.
