Three men are due to appear before the Special Criminal Court this evening, charged over the murder of a man in Co. Meath last week.
35-year-old father of three Peter Butterly, was shot a number of times in the car park of the Huntsman pub in Gormanstown on Wednesday.
It is understood that the Louth man had links to dissident republicans, and that his death may have been as a result of an IRA feud.
